This painting measures 16 x 20″ and is painted in acrylic on stretched canvas.  I painted this in my slightly abstracted style for the feel of mature late summer crops in the field rows.  I sometimes us photographs for reference, yet most of my paintings come from my imagination, or memories of places that I have seen over the years on the quiet back roads of our Heartland.  I love the old barns and farmhouses and always seem to have a new idea in the back of my head for a painting.  I hope that you will enjoy viewing my original work!
